After being a Vonage user since May 2005 I have cancelled their service.  The router or my ISP has been bugging out on me lately and I can only have one computer up at a time and voice quality has gone down so the other end of the line says.  I called before about requesting a new router and they said no so today I decided to cancelled after Qwest offered me 3 free months of local phone service...
